Blinky

Phototherapy is the most common treatment for reducing high bilirubin levels that cause jaundice with newborns. The aim is to expose the baby's skin to as much light as possible to break down bilirubin. The baby's eyes are covered to protect the nerve layer at the back of the eye (retina) from the bright light.

This model with a band over the head has a cotton surface on the inside and is absorbent.
  • Prevents from UV rays up to 500 Nm.
