Phototherapy is the most common treatment for reducing high bilirubin levels that cause jaundice with newborns. The aim is to expose the baby's skin to as much light as possible to break down bilirubin. The baby's eyes are covered to protect the nerve layer at the back of the eye (retina) from the bright light.

For neonates receiving phototherapy. Prevents from UV rays up to 450 Nm. Does not cause skin irritations and allergies. Cotton inner surface absorbs sweat.
